　　Dear friends,

　　Nowadays we can still see some behaviors against public morals. So I feel it my duty to deliver a speech here. Every now and then, we find some people spitting, littering or talking loudly in public places, which make others annoyed. Also it’s really shameful that some travelers damage historic relics at random. Some even violate the law just for their personal interests.

　　In my opinion, not only should education on public morals be offered, but effective laws and regulations should be established and strictly carried out to guarantee the rights of the majority. Of course, we individuals should be self-controlled and good-mannered, and be willing to offer help whenever needed.
